The local level

Foursquare is flexible enough to minister in any culture. As a Foursquare pastor, you can lead how the Holy Spirit directs, in a way that’s best for your people. But you’re also part of a regional district and national group for the spiritual covering and organizational support your church needs in any season.

The district level

Every Foursquare church is part of one of six geographic districts. Each has a district supervisor—overseen by our general supervisor—who cares for and equips our local-level pastors. Our district approach offers relational support, spiritual covering, accountability and leadership development.

The national level

With Foursquare, you belong to a family. You have access to leaders with global experience, and ministry friends at your side. Plus, Foursquare offers support services such as loan consultations, insurance, retirement and pastoral care. As a minister, you also have a vote in our convention body. With us, your voice matters.
