Mark Chester, pastor of Foursquare Gettysburg in Gettysburg, Pa., will share his experiences as we come together to discuss how to thrive and not just survive. 
Leading in a Supporting Role: Brady has Gronk, Jordan had Pippen, Montana had Rice—every great leader has a great supporting team. Are you a part of a supporting team? Pastor Durant Kreider will share both from the supporting role and the lead pastor’s perspective on working with great leaders. 
The Whole Leader: In the words of Ferris Bueller, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” Pastor Tim Moore will lead a discussion on balancing and creating healthy rhythms in our life and ministry.
