Winter One Day Eureka, Calif.

The Western District of The Foursquare Church will hold a Winter One Day for middle- and high-schoolers and leaders in Eureka, Calif., on Feb. 4, 2023. The location is TBA.

Who: Middle-schoolers, high-schoolers and their leaders

Cost: $30 per student (lunch + snack included), $15 per leader

What: Two main sessions of worship + teaching, workshops, lunch, missional activity during the dinner break and a lot of fun (games, rentals, etc.)! 

Why: We believe there is a great number of middle school and high school students who need to know the hope and love of the gospel! Because this is our Centennial year in Foursquare, we’re taking this opportunity to start our 100th year with many more options than what we’ve done before. Another added layer of the “why” is the issue of rising costs. By keeping a winter option cost low, we hope to offset the cost of summer camp so more + more students can attend. It is our prayer that by creating an event that is low cost and near most of our 400 churches, a revival will spark in our young people—one that will carry us into the next 100 years.  

How: Come for the day and get back home that evening, or turn it into a weekend event. This is a choose-your-own-adventure option for whatever best suits your youth group. Perhaps you’d like to stay at a hotel on Saturday night and visit somewhere local on Sunday. Or you could want to drive in on Friday night, do something fun with your group and then we’ve got Saturday covered for you. We encourage you to find the best fit for your group’s time, size and budget.
